大家好！
此时站在这个演讲台上，我感觉特别紧张，特别激动。因为我是大姑娘上轿——头一回经历这种场面。不瞒大家，一直以来我都是一个特别不出众的人，不大胆，有大方桎梏着我，使我总是畏缩在后，不敢在众人面前表现自己。今年春节回老家参加同学聚会，我发现阔别十几年后的他们一个个意气风发，神采飞扬，能歌善舞，活力四射。我感到了巨大的落差。沉睡在心底的一种渴求如被春风唤醒，我突然觉得我同样渴望着灿烂绚丽的人生，多姿多彩的生活。回来后，我决定抛开自我禁锢的束缚，放开手脚，大胆。热情地投入到生活之中。恰逢此时，场党委组织这次向全场职工公开招聘旅游公司副经理的竞聘演讲会，我觉得这正是一次自我解放的机会，一次前所未有的自我挑战。于是我毅然决然地报了名，于是有了此时此刻出现在此地的我——一代朝霞。小孩子蹒跚学步的时候，亲人都会在他前面拍手鼓励，我希望在我今天终于迈出走向大众这艰难的第一步时，大家能伸出你们爱心的双手，给我一点鼓励。

大家可能要轰我下台了吧？没水平居然还螳臂当车——自不量力地跑到这里参加竞聘，这不是在混场吗？不，我绝不是来混场的，我是以认认真真的态度来参加竞聘的。对于旅游公司副经理一职，我目前虽然不在行，但并不意味我永远不行。世界首富比尔。盖茨应该是大家都熟悉的人物吧？他就是在还没完全掌握专业知识的情况下，毅然退学，最早从事电脑程式设计工作，从而取得了令世人瞩目的辉煌业绩。而他最要好的同学科莱特，坚持要完成学业，拒绝和他一起退学创业。最后，他学业有成，事业却无成。世界创新史表明，先有精深的专业知识才从事发明创造的人并不多，不少成就一番事业的人都是在知识不多时，就直接对准了目标，然后在创造的过程中，根据需要补充知识。在这个世界上似乎存在着这么一条真理：对一件事，如果等所有的重要条件都成熟才去行动，那么当条件成熟时，机会已经失去了。
正因为如此，我才在还不具备具备条件的情况下贸然地参加了这次竞聘，因为成功人士的经验告诉了我，先抓住机会，再努力行动，结果肯定是成功。
我过去几年的工作经历也使我深信：我肯努力，我就能成功。我是xx年才到林场参加工作的，至今四年时间。前两年在五岭分场工作。那时我只是一个普通的炊事员，但就是在这不起眼的岗位上，我努力工作，让我们分场的生活红红火火，充满了生机与活力。最后，我也赢得了大家的认可，在xx年被评为先进工作者。这应该是一种成功吧？xx年，我场实行公司化管理后，我被分流到吉源公司温室工作。对于花卉，当时我是新生的婴儿——一无所知。但我肯勤奋学习，努力工作，刻苦钻研，终于，我的工作从最先的无所适从到后来的得心应手。以至于许多顾客都问我是什么学校毕业？这便是知识的力量，它提升了我在别人心目中的份量。这也是成功的。另外，我还在工作之余报名参加了会计从业资格的考试，凭真学实考，我取得了从业资格证。所以，今年我才有机会被调任为森林公园出纳员。另外，在电脑方面，我也是通过自学，学会了最难的五笔打字，学会了基本的应用知识。通过这取得的一系列成绩，我相信：无论什么事，只要想做好，就一定能做好。著名心理学大师卡耐基有一句箴言就是：我想赢，我一定能赢。结果我又赢了。在困难的挑战面前，超越自我赢得成功的最好办法就是让自己的心先过去。旅游公司副经理对目前的我来说就是挑战，面对这个挑战，赢的信念在我心里已根深蒂固，无法动摇。
